Security and Rights
API key security
- Store API keys in environment variables or a dedicated secrets manager
- Never commit API keys to version control
- Rotate keys immediately if exposure is suspected
- Use one key per deployment environment
Data handling
- Audio inputs submitted to VoiceLab360 API endpoints are processed transiently and not stored beyond the duration required to complete the request
- Generated output files are retained on the VoiceLab360 CDN for 24 hours via signed URLs
- No voice data is used to train models without explicit opt-in consent
Intellectual property
All outputs generated via the VoiceLab360 API are licensed to you under your active plan terms. Sandbox outputs are not licensed for commercial use. Production outputs carry a commercial license appropriate to the plan tier. Voice talent content accessed through Workforce endpoints remains the intellectual property of the individual creator. Licensing terms are established through the platform licensing flow and are legally binding.Acceptable use
The following uses are prohibited:- Generating or distributing non-consensual voice replicas
- Circumventing buyer verification to access protected talent endpoints
- Using voice output to misrepresent a real individual
- Any use that violates applicable law
